Set in the scenic village of Ballinabranna, this new residential estate is perched on an elevated site with homes enjoying uninterrupted views of the Killeshin hills. The countryside location was used as a focal point in the design of the marketing material for these new homes.
A colour palette of green and blue was used to reflect the large image of open countryside. This image instantly allows the viewer to make a connection between this new development and the beautiful surrounding landscape.
We designed a custom shaped folder to hold an information sheet for each home type. This approach to the printed marketing material allows the estate agent to supply a bespoke folder to a potential buyer. The folder design features a custom shape cut into the pocket. Using the logo we created a bespoke dieline which enabled the printer to cut the logo shape into the pocket. This print finish adds extra interest to the folder which makes it more memorable.
The individual information sheet design features clear floor-plans and photorealistic renders of the home exteriors. The use of sweeping curves in the design ties the overall look back to the branding.
Design of exterior signage, including flags and hoardings, are an ideal way to promote a new housing development. Flags in particular have a softer look which works very well with the countryside look that was required for Gort na Greine.
All information in relation to a new housing development should also be available online. An informative website with large visuals can be extremely effective and will allow potential buyers to truly appreciate the features and character of the homes for sale.
