Blackbog Grove, residential development, comprises of 21 new homes designed by Keith Graham Architects. These 3 and 4 bed semi-detached homes have an emphasis on light, space and superior specification. It was essential that the brochure design captured the level of finish and uncompromising commitment to quality that these new homes offered. A contemporary colour palette was selected for the property brochure design that reflected the overall feel of the development.
A high quality uncoated paper was selected which added a subtle sense of luxury to the printed brochures. Finishing the cover design with embossing to the name adds an elegant, modern 3D aspect. The size of the printed brochure is also bespoke which is a nod back to the homes which are also unique in their style and design.
Photorealistic images show the exterior of the homes along with detailed floor plans to show the interior layout in a clear way. The centre pages of the brochure show a cross-section of one house type in a photorealistic mock-up, these visuals work extremely well and allow a potential home buyer to imagine themselves in one of these homes.
The finished brochure design was printed for distribution by the estate agency to potential home buyers and a digital, online version was available for email and digital use.
In cases where a development offers homes of a superior standard it is important that the marketing material matches the standard of the houses on offer. In this case the finished property brochure design perfectly reflected the developments design ethos.
Advertising the homes for sale is an important aspect of marketing. Along with a professional brochure design a very effective option for promotion is the use of large scale signage, be it on location at the site or at a more unusual location that will have high footfall such as at a busy shopping centre.
